The great experience accrued in the chemical field has enabled the company to develop a full range of chemicals and additives for pre-treatment optimization:
SPECIALACID, SPECIALNEUTER, ALCASPEC – Acid and alkaline degreasers that do not need rinsing
SPECIALCLEAN – Pickling additives and pickling accelerators
INHI SPECIAL – Corrosion inhibitors
FOAMEX – Defoaming agent
ZINCOFILM – Temporary passivation systems to protect galvanized material from white rust.

Systems for treating fluxing and stripping solutions: cleaning, filtration and removal of iron and organic matter

Systems for treating rain waters for the removal of zinc and iron.

 

R&D and Laboratories

SPECIALITIES’ laboratories, besides studying and developing new products and technologies, provide customers with an after-sale service that involves non-stop monitoring and management of the various pre-treatment stages: degreasing, pickling and fluxing solutions. It also guarantees the analysis of the zinc bath and possible  passivation bath.
